Welcome

If you are struggling with your emotional or physical well-being, feeling overwhelmed by daily life, or lost in your relationships or career, then talking to a psychologist may be your next step.

I’m Dr. Mary Kennedy, licensed clinical psychologist. I will help you navigate demands of partnering, parenting, education and workplace struggles, and challenging life transitions. I provide services for adults with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, trauma, and health changes. I also provide consultation and care for professional caregivers.

Sometimes it is hard to know where to start. As the saying goes, sometimes the bravest thing you can do is just show up. I would be honored to be with you when you do.
